BABY BOOMER BOOT CAMPS!

EACH MONTH FROM APRIL THROUGH OCTOBER THERE WILL BE A BABY BOOMER BOOT CAMP.  THE SESSIONS WILL VARY FROM 12 CLASSES TO 8.

BODY SQUAT:

The Body Squat is a complete lower body exercise.  Start by standing tall with the hands clasped behind you head, feet shoulder width apart.  Move the hips back as you lower, like your going to sit in a chair.  This move shifts your center of gravity as you squat and your feet should stay flat on the ground.  Return to standing by pressing up with the legs as your hips move forward and you once again stand tall.
