BABY BOOMER BOOT CAMPS!

EACH MONTH FROM APRIL THROUGH OCTOBER THERE WILL BE A BABY BOOMER BOOT CAMP.  THE SESSIONS WILL VARY FROM 12 CLASSES TO 8.

BOOT CAMP TRAINING IS:

A perfect way for someone to start a fitness program.

A jump-start for your existing workout routine.

A breakthrough for those occasional fitness plateaus.

ALL WHILE HAVING FUN!

Calisthenics

Functional training methods

Body weight exercises

Individual, partner & group challenges


BOOT CAMP TRAINING WILL:

Challenge your agility and balance.

Address your flexibility and range of motion.

Test your strength and endurance.

Push you to new levels of personal fitness.

Have you running, jumping, twisting, hopping, skipping, pushing, pulling, climbing, bending, lifting and playing!

WHO:

8 - 24 participants per session not afraid to get sweaty.


WHAT:

Eight to twelve Baby Boomer Boot Camp classes.


WHERE:

 Parks around the valley.
