BABY BOOMER BOOT CAMPS!

EACH MONTH FROM APRIL THROUGH OCTOBER THERE WILL BE A BABY BOOMER BOOT CAMP.  THE SESSIONS WILL VARY FROM 12 CLASSES TO 8.

DUMBBELL ONE ARM ROW:

The one arm row is an isolation exercise for the upper back, working one side at a time.  Start by setting up a good base, feet apart, back flat, and one are supporting the upper body.  With the other arm extended, raise the weight to the hip.  Be aggressive moving the weight, and under control returning the weight.  Another variation is to have a knee on the bench with the arm, supporting the back.
