My approach to personal training is very straight forward. I believe it takes a consistent commitment when it comes to improving and maintaining health and fitness, and I want YOU to believe that hiring me as your personal trainer is the beginning of a life long investment into a healthier lifestyle.
We start by scheduling a NO CHARGE meeting to address your fitness interests. At this meeting I will evaluate your current health, assess your past, present, and future exercise activities, and share with you my training philosophy and methods. We will finish our sit down with the right training schedule that meets your health and fitness goals.
As your personal trainer I will address your strength, your flexibility and range of motion, your aerobic capacity, your agility and balance, and your nutrition needs. We will make sense of all the mis information about health and wellness that faces us everyday. With everything we do, you will not only know the "HOW", but you will know the "WHY".
